Nevermind, actually. That's cringe.
I'm not sure what I should say for my first addition to this site. I guess I'll answer the question of WHY? WHY did you make a personal website and WHY aren't there more projects? WHY haven't you included your LinkedIn? I need to reach 500 connections, so please, link your LinkedIn. Please. Please.
It is currently 1:40 AM on May 02 2025. I am currently 22 years old. This is my blog, I guess.
And it's hard to pinpoint the exact time I wanted to make a site. But, just this once, I'll give credit to my mom.
When I was younger (much younger, before I turned 7), when my mom had her laptop out, we were not allowed to bother her. Unless there was an emergency, the laptop meant Mom was Writing. She had a blog she ran for years-- a personal site called Semanticville. I'm sure you can find it, if you try hard enough. She ran it until the host stopped hosting, and she believed it to be gone forever.
I wish I could put it into words, how I felt, finding it on the Internet Archive.
And her reaction, when I told her, remnants had been saved.
What else? Well, I want to write. I've always liked writing, but generally I write to No One and Nobody. AKA- Google Docs. Also letters to people who will never read them. I never labeled most of my writing, so searching for something specific is almost impossible. My Google Docs is nothing but a landfull of Untitled Document s. I'd like a way to share. For people to see, if they want. Some things are personal, but I like sharing. It's harder and harder, nowadays, to be real. Or, maybe not "real." but Raw.
Yes, I'd like a place where you can see my skin torn open, soul exposed. Under no guise. Behind no locked account. Been there. Done that. Boring.
Let me clarify something now-- I do not CARE if you care.
Additionally, I'm starting to get so tired that I'm not sure if what I'm writing is making any sense (currently 2:01).
